Reductions in Force
Research shows that even the most successful organizations experience challenges that may require a reduction in force. Reductions in force are difficult on the organization, management and employees. However, if performed properly, they are a natural process in enabling efficiency and renewal. The Trusent Solutions team understands the financial, operational and cultural impacts of such a reduction. Our reduction in force methodology involves determining the desired level of cost savings, identifying the areas of the organization for reduction (based on one or a combination of benchmarking, industry/company data, process reviews, interviews), performing an adverse impact analysis and then implementation of the reduction. We follow up with ongoing employee communication and post-reduction cultural management plan.
